DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
Bishop DuBourg High School
December 2021 - June 2023
During my time at Bishop DuBourg High School, my goal was to help people see what makes the school so special—whether that meant encouraging future students to apply, helping alumni reconnect, or inspiring the community to support the school.
One of the biggest projects I took on was creating an entirely new website from the ground up. I handled everything from planning and design to launch, and after it went live, I managed all the updates and day-to-day content to keep it current and useful.
I also ran several social media accounts for the school, including @BishopDuBourg, @BishopDuBourgSeniors, and @BishopDuBourgAlumniAssociation. I created content, managed the brand voice, and kept things engaging for different audiences.
In addition to digital work, I designed a number of major print pieces—most notably the school's Strategic Plan booklet and Cavalier magazine. Both required a great deal of planning, collaboration, and attention to detail, and I led the layout and design process using Adobe InDesign. These projects were especially rewarding because they brought together storytelling, photography, and design in a way that truly reflected the school’s identity.
I also created graphics, invitations, eblasts, programs, and advertising content for events and publications—most of which featured photography I captured myself to give the materials an authentic and personalized feel. I primarily used Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva for my design work.
You can check out examples of my work below, including both digital and printed pieces I created during my time at Bishop DuBourg.
